About The Department
Founded in 2019, the Department of Education is committed to preparing future educators who are equipped to thrive in dynamic, interdisciplinary teaching environments. The Department offers an integrated four-year teacher training programs—B.A.B.Ed fully accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). This program provides a well-rounded curriculum that blends theoretical foundations, hands-on learning, and practical teaching experience. Through its comprehensive school internship opportunities, the Department ensures that prospective teachers gain valuable, real-world experience in both classroom teaching and school management. Emphasizing holistic development, the Department instills human values, professional skills, and a value-driven mindset in its teacher trainees. With a dedicated team of faculty, the Department works to cultivate reflective, skilled, and knowledgeable educators who are poised to make a transformative impact on society through the power of education. In 2021, the Department expanded its academic offerings by launching a research program aimed at fostering advanced scholarship and innovation in the field of education.

Scope
- Competitive Exams: Teaching aptitude exams such as CTET, STET, and other various teaching eligibility tests, Civil Services Examination to contribute to educational administration and policy making.
