We are delighted to announce the CISTM Conference 2025, a premier platform dedicated to exploring the dynamic intersection of Information Science, Technology, and Management. This conference aims to bring together research scholars, industry professionals and thought leaders to exchange innovative ideas, present groundbreaking research, and foster collaboration in addressing the evolving challenges and opportunities in these domains.
The CISTM 2025 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics in publication. As the proceedings of this conference will be published by CRC Press, Taylor & Francis, it is imperative that all parties involved in the publication process — authors, reviewers, and editors — adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. This statement outlines the ethical responsibilities expected from all participants.
Ethical Guidelines for AuthorsAuthors of original research must present their work accurately and ensure that the data is represented correctly, enabling replication of the results. Misrepresentation or fabrication of data constitutes unethical behavior. Authors should be prepared to provide raw data for editorial review and retain such data after publication. All submissions must be original, and any material taken from other sources must be properly cited. Text recycling should be minimal and appropriately referenced. Authors must obtain necessary permissions for all third-party materials. Manuscripts must not be submitted to multiple journals or conferences simultaneously, and duplicate publication is strictly prohibited. Proper acknowledgment of all sources and contributors is required. Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study and who approve the final version of the manuscript. All authors must disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest and identify all funding sources that supported the research. Authors are responsible for promptly notifying the editor of any significant errors discovered after publication.
Ethical Guidelines for ReviewersReviewers play a vital role in assisting the conference editors in making editorial decisions and improving the quality of submitted papers. Selected reviewers who feel unqualified to evaluate a manuscript or unable to conduct a timely review should notify the editor and withdraw from the review process. All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviews should be conducted objectively, with clear and well-supported arguments. Personal criticism of authors is inappropriate. Reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited by the authors and inform the editor of any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under review and any other published paper of which they are aware. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist due to competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the paper.
Ethical Guidelines for EditorsThe editors of CISTM 2025 are responsible for deciding which submitted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. These decisions should be guided by the paper’s scholarly merit, originality, and relevance to the scope of the conference. Editors must evaluate manuscripts solely based on intellectual content, without regard to the authors’ race, gender, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy. The editor and editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, and the publisher, as appropriate. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor’s own research without the express written consent of the author.
Commitment to Ethical PublishingThe CISTM 2025 organizing committee is dedicated to upholding the integrity and transparency of the academic record. All participants are expected to adhere to these ethical principles to maintain the credibility and quality of published work. Any breaches of these ethical standards will be investigated and addressed appropriately. By following these guidelines, CISTM 2025 seeks to promote the highest standards of scientific publishing and ensure that the conference remains a respected and trusted platform for academic and professional exchange.

Founded in 1956, The Kalgidhar Society – Baru Sahib has been working tirelessly towards transforming the lives of rural children through the tool of Value-Based Education. At the same time, Society has placed equal focus on empowering women, providing health care and ensuring social welfare for the vulnerable people in society. With the firm belief that everyone deserves to lead a life of dignity, each initiative of The Kalgidhar Society is embedded in the core thought of ’Bringing Grace to the Human Race’. The Kalgidhar Society initiated its work to bring back the glory of Punjab which is free of drug and alcohol abuse through the tool of education rooted in values. In its quest of fighting drugs with books, the Society has established 129 low-cost CBSE schools and 2 universities. The Kalgidhar Society under its flagship Akal Academies program, is providing modern, value-based education to nearly 70,000 students across rural areas of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Extending a helping hand to all those in need and giving them an opportunity to lead a decent life, the Kalgidhar Society has established teacher training centers, a multi-specialty hospital, drug de-addiction centers, an orphanage, one old age home, and a Center for Distressed Women. Through the years, our work has been recognized globally and models developed by the Society have been adapted across various educational institutions. Disclaimer: The Kalgidhar Trust and the Kalgidhar Society under Baru Sahib are two separate entities with distinct legal structures and operational autonomy. The Kalgidhar Trust is a registered trust established under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and is responsible for managing the financial resources and assets of the Baru Sahib campus, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and community development initiatives.
